That's a beauty! The balance of sky and water frame the sunrise perfectly. Understandably dark in the foreground, I am wondering if that's a reflection of the clouds, or skim ice on the water. It looks cold either way!

This morning's sunrise through the pier at Surf City. There is a surfer in the water on the right edge of the photo, a couple of surfers were trying to surf these tiny waves in the freezing water, it was about 29 F this morning.
