Incoming!!

Sometimes you get lucky; look up, see bird, shoot, shoot shoot.
Australian Pelican.
All taken with KP, DA18-135 @ 135mm, f8, 1/250, ISO100. (and no time to go to AF.C)
All cropped severely - (the second image is the largest at 2286 x 1520)

Really now - is that the same Pelican????

Great shots and worthy subject. Considering you cropped, these are sharp as a tack. You just need one more of someone tossing him a fish!

I didn't see him until he hit the water with some speed. He actually chest bumped the rim of the aerator.
