A different view of the Mukilteo lighthouse posted by Jim (RoxnDox).

Shot from a Washington State Ferry circa 1981, on Kodachrome, with a Ricoh XR2S, with a Pentax 40-80mm zoom lens.

Copied with a Pentax K5IIs, and A50mm f1.7 lens with a Pentax Auto Bellows M and Slide Copier For Auto Bellows M.

This is La Torre de Hercules in A Coruña, Galicia, Spain. It is located in the NW province of Galicia which has beautiful mountainous scenery. The following files are all taken from different perspectives around the city. The lighthouse fell into a state of disrepair and was renovated in the late 18th century. But the base and the square tower were built by the Romans.

Brixham Breakwater light. The breakwater took a real battering last winter and had some significant damage, but it's back to full strength now for this year's pounding.

Two moods on the same day at Wilson's Promontory lighthouse, South Gippsland, Victoria.

First shot was with K-S2 + DA 18-135, the second with the K-3 + DA 55-300 PLM.

Thank you - I am of the same opinion. A lot of history and historical sites in the Caribbean are never preserved.
