The Circle Game

Okay, not a game really, but a theme.

What I'm looking for is photos where the dominant element or compositional principal is circular. It could be of anything: a flower, a hubcap, a manhole cover, star trails around the celestial pole, whatever. Use your imagination and creativity to play within this concept. There are no "rules" beyond what I've noted above. I'll get things rolling with some of my own. Enjoy, and join in!

Feel free to post your own whenever you get around to it!

Brav-O this thread seems to have some interesting shots already - can't wait to see how far it goes.

Last year I played around with a home-made sort of circular fisheye attachment made out elements taken from an old zoom. The near-infinite depth of field was fun, but the shots came out looking nowhere near as wide angle as they actually were. I should probably have another go with some buildings.
