I see stock hanging in the doorway, so still in business (unless they closed in such a hurry they didn't bring in th stuff and close the door).
A bit of plastering/painting wouldn't go astray.

I lived around the block from this old building twenty years ago. I drove by it a while back and it's much the same as it was then.

The building didn't sell at that auction. It is still dilapidated. Even the sign was still up there, last time I saw it.

To be fair, this never reached its best - the build was abandoned before completion
