Same here for my Oly, I love the Oly jpeg engine, but still let DXO show me what it thinks and sometimes I agree with the choice.

THEME DAY REMINDER!

Sunday, September 2nd: Artificial light.

This means using a flash, torch, candle, shop/street lights, vehicles etc as the primary light source, rather than the Sun, Moon or stars.

I ain't good enough to do that. And too much of a control freak.

I've decided to do a month jpeg only too. RAW is great for editing but I realize i'm also using it as a crutch somewhat to make bad exposures into acceptable images. Hopefully I'll up my skills.

Going to try and rejoin this for September, been a bit absent from the forums and photography in general over the summer. A recent best in show at the local summer fair has spurred me on a bit so eager to get back on it.
Hoping to do a bit more film this month and might even break the pinhole out.
