You could use air-layering to "clone" that rose - you're less likely to be able to kill it if there are lots of 'em.

This is a common flower in coastal areas in Victoria, but I haven't been able to ID it from the books. Maybe it's invasive. Flowers about 70mm (say 3") across. KP + HD-DA 15mm f4 Ltd.

Wedelia - it makes great ground cover and pretty flowers, but it is invasive. In Florida it is a category II invasive plant and the recommendation is to kill it and plant something else.

But bees and butterflies love it. This is from a small patch that I haven’t yet put the boot to.
