Taken with my Samsung NX1 and SMC Pentax 28mm f/2.8. I am guessing about the lens, EXIF data is of no help. Could have been my SMC Pentax M 20mm f/4 but I doubt it. The perspective and field of view seems kinda normal. Either way, the SMC kept flare under control.

As the thread title states, this is a stupid trick that just kinda happened. My game plan was manual mode, taking a few shots to get the exposure right for the low sun. Apart from that, I can't tell you what the actual trick is. Must be down to the way the Samsung sensor handles vastly blown out highlights.

Still working on the meadow pictures. Double exposure and slow flash sync.

This photo is from a couple years ago. I discovered that using a CPL through an airplane window results in pretty crazy color shifts. Wiith the GR III, which accepts 49mm filters using the same adapter you'd use for the wide angle converter

Lens fogged over going from inside, to outside. Increased the green in post, and liked the haze from the fog.

Nice! Very painterly and "old world" looking. You're on a roll (with the meadow stuff, too)!

Very nice! Otherworldly. Are those forest fires down below? There's a lot of that going around!

Thank you. Though the roll may just have finished! The meadow has just been cut.

This was a few years ago, and I'm certain they were just storm clouds building up on a hot summer day.

Another stupid trick, also with the gr iii. Why is this camera so inviting to play?

I like that if you max out contrast etc in the high contrast mode, it mostly results in basically binary images with no midtones, at least for some compositions

Interval composite in-camera, about 8 shots taken 6 seconds apart. Cool feature which I need to try out more.

Cool. Is this a feature of Pentax cameras? Where do I find it in the menus if it is? I think I need to give it a go.
