Another, Ugh, Jeep still not running, so I may have to call it quits for the the month. Radiator has hole in it, no money to get it fixed this month either. Big Brother has been trying to patch tiny hole but we don't know if it worked yet today, and I just woke up, no coffee yet, so I don't move until I've had coffee. Don't know where he is.

Jeep is fixed, by big brother, thank goodness I don't have to buy a new radiator. And I had a blinker light out so he fixed that too. So Jeep is all well again, except it needs go juice which I'll get tomorrow. YAY, I have wheels again!!!!

But I have a question for any of you girls who have older brothers, why can't they explain things without yelling?

My fence/field/sky monochrome from a couple days ago hit Explore last night. It was ranked #49, which is the highest ranking I've ever received in Explore. Kinda pleased.

congratulations, I think photos generally work best when they show a subject with good light and no distractions , that photo did

Back at home after 5 days away. Between Monday - Thursday, the only picture I took was using my cellphone while at a baseball game in Baltimore. Great city for street photos and people watching. I am not sure what the camera policy is at the ball field, but it is a great place and I'd love to capture it. I think I really want a GRIII for times like this, when a DSLR might not be allowed in place.
I took a few long exposures while enjoying a break on my ride back home on Friday night . That is always fun.

No photo from me yesterday. Jeep is running but it was a test run and I didn't want to take the camera out in case something went wrong and I ended up having it towed somewhere. It ran fine so I'll try to get back in this month today. Oh and I was having a problem with the switch on the lens, it wouldn't go off macro to normal so I could pull it down to 70mm. That is fixed now too thanks to photooptmist. I asked a question and he answered me with how to fix it.

Congratulations on Explore! I know what you mean, a few of my "check the block" shots have hit Explore, while many of my best have gone unnoticed.

I wonder if I can fill my allowed 1000 shots before I hit explore. 563/1000 at the moment and so far zero hits

Congratulations, Pepper!

You must be holding your mouth right cause you've gotten more explored than anyone it seems. But whatever you've done, it's working good.

I got my photo for yesterday but haven't uploaded it yet. And I found the problem with why the lens wasn't focusing good. Diopter was out of whack. I reset it yesterday so focus should be better from now on. Tide is right this afternoon, might get down to the docks today, if no birds show up, there are big boats headed south and I can get shots of them. They're headed to Key West.
