Probably the Sigma 30/1.4, I’m thinking at this point.
I've almost bought a Sigma 30/1.4, several times, just out of curiosity - I'll be curious to see this...

I'm going to pull out my Pentax 645, as well as one of my 35mm bodies, and devote June to film. I'll jump in and comment whenever I can, however, and look forward to seeing pix from all of you.

June with film, that should be fun to see, I feel a desire to drag out the 67 , then might post them daily in July after being developed

My plan right now is to lead with the 645 and a specific lens (leaning toward the 150mm) for Single In, and to get through a 15-exposure roll every three days or so. I'll keep track of which pictures are taken on which days, and will post in the appropriate thread a few days late. I can get quick film developing turnaround ($5/roll, without prints) at my local camera shop, so I shouldn't be too far behind as long as I stay disciplined. I have several rolls already (some expired, some VERY expired, and some not) so it will be a good excuse to burn through some of that.

I'll shoot with the 35mm when I feel like it, for variety's sake (and not for Single In). Also the 645 is huge, and I might need a break.

Sounds good. Looking forward to see your work.

I'm in for next month as well. Sara got me thinking about my new to me Rokinon 14mm, so it looks like I will single in with that. I'm going to Sedona and then the Grand Canyon in the fall and plan to bring that lens.

I'm back in for June. Now that lacrosse season is over and I'm not filming and editing 4 games a week I MAY have some time to take photos :-)

I'll decide on a lens before the 1st.

I've decided. I thought of the FA 50mm 1.7 but I already did 2 50ties this year. The A 35-135 3.5 (to compare it with May's 35-70 2.8-3.5) but I have done zooms two month's in a row now. So I will choose a longer prime and it will be the Tair 11 133mm 1:2.8. It is not the 11a but the silver version currently figuring in my Flickr avatar, so cannot be focussed to infinity because of a slightly shorter registry distance...

I'm going to leave off the 2x TC and just go with the 50 f2 and DCR-250. I've also ordered a gorilla pod like tripod but it won't be here til the second. I'll try by laying down on the ground and propping my elbows on the grass to get the flower or bug shots until the small tripod gets here.

Playing around with the lens calibration tool with the FA* 85mm I was using the purple and green fringing to my advantage, green behind, purple in front and black in focus.

Looks like I've settled on the SMC Takumar 28/3.5 which is odd as I was favouring the Tak 35/3.5 until I tried them both today.
