Back home for a few days. The work week did not allow for much shooting, more like scouting out a few locations, just missed the blue hour in one of my favorite spots, too.
Today allows me an opportunity to capture rocketry in a very scenic spot, so I'm hoping to have some images worth posting when I return tonight.

Missed Day 7...got my family to visit me Day 8 and we are getting ready for the premiere at Day 12....so It will be quite safety shots from me for this week. My wife and daughter go back home at Sunday. Going to enjoy it before they go.

I hope everyone weathers the storm well if they are at risk

I am excited, I booked my flight for Boston this evening. Really, I am only arriving and departing from Boston, I'm actually visiting friends on Cape Cod, though I did leave some room in the schedule for a day in the city, maybe even a night game at Fenway before I depart. I love Boston and the Cape, I called it home for 5 years, but now 7 years have passed since I last visited. I expect to take a lot of pictures while I am there, so much to see, and that Cape Light makes everything look a little more magical.

Flickr has been behaving strangely these last few days (not that that is unusual!). Three days in a row I have been picked up by Explore and then dropped. Yesterday's leaf was in at #10, then moved down to 13 before being dropped 30,000 views later. The two others were just briefly in, enough for a few thousand views and 40-50 faves but not long enough for the Scout to pick them up. They must be messing about with their algorithms

i got some shots this evening. it was lighting in the clouds and i able to get a couple shot of it. they're pretty soft but one shot has a very tiny flash of lighting in it. i'll look at them better tomorrow. it's late for me i need to retire for the night.

This round of the Dailies is starting to feel like "one shot a day"... But then I guess that's enough. Getting properly into the flow would be much preferable, though! I seriously need to lower my stress levels.

Busy day and late finish yesterday, took a late night shadowy shot on the way home but reviewing it on the big screen today its just a bit, meh. So nothing to show for yesterday but I have nothing on today so will get out and about later for something.

Not much shooting this week, and what I did take was not worth processing or uploading. I think I need to re-evaluate my technique.
This time next week I'll be aloft and winging my way to Boston and Cape Cod, , I need to prep the "to-go" kit, and clean my lenses.
I will comment on the great shots you all have posted, but I'm probably done for the month after Monday morning.
