You might wanna be a little careful there with dragging the RAW into LR and Exporting as Jpg, LR can still apply its own colour profile for example. See the images attached below.
Note that some camera models (like the KP) don't even get the Camera Matching one, and if you took the RAW shot in the camera with say 'Reverse Film' as it's Custom Image then it will absolutely not show up in LR from the RAW file, it's lost/unsupported.
The best thing to do in this case is use the camera's own RAW Development tool (press downward arrow during the file playback on the screen), and then extract/save the RAW file as a Jpg and use that, then Custom settings taken at the time of the shot (or added in post via Digital Effects) will be carried over to the Jpg and you don't need to even visit LR
