Thematic Model Photography

Kerrowdown's last post made me look back to some of the photos I took when my wife was window dressing. This was of a model group to sell lingerie and nightwear in the run up to Christmas. This would have been shot on slide film and scanned about 3 years ago. I've re-processed it to remove a blue cast. I often shot her windows which could be quite challenging because of a set of traffic lights/crossings immediately outside her window. I'm told that the kneeling mannequin was based on Sandie Shaw, the singer. The photo probably dates from the 1970s.

very expired 400iso (mid 1980s kodak)…..ZX-L....FA77.....got 19 scans out of the 24 exp roll and only handful of the scans are 'any good'

kodak colorplus 200iso run through yashica lynx-5000...a rangefinder camera built in the mid 1960s with a fixed 45/f1.8 lens....it's tough to focus a super imposed image through the viewfinder...it has a battery powered light meter with a simple under, correct, over exposure needle on the top plate.....needless to say I have a small camera collection and starting to run film through bodies I have gotten in "working order"
