So a couple of posts above I've mentioned that December has been pretty tough for me and I guess it's time to take a break. Today, I actually did take a shot with the SiC in mind but I don't like it at all. Instead of fighting for inspiration these dark short days I'll try something different, maybe load the Delta 3200 into my ME Super. I'll probably be back in January.
And to make a short wrap-up, below are my favorites from this month - DA15 is a great and very capable lens, although I'll probably make better use of it in the spring. Thanks for all the comments from this month!

sounds like January may be a month for 35mm lenses?
I'm digging it. It's a very nice focal length on a variety of formats.

I have decided to shoot more medium format in 2020, so the DFA645 35/3.5 might be a good place to start.

On the other hand, the Lomogon 32/2.5 Art (which is currently wrapped up and sitting under the Christmas tree) will also be in need of a workout. Is that close enough to 35mm to qualify?

35mm is, by some distance, my favourite focal length. Maybe I should sack off the 10-17 and get my tak on I am looking forward to next month

I guess that is in the spirit of 35mm........
Merry Christmas and glad to hear the Adelaide Hills have spared you, I still find it hard to imagine you actually wrapping and leaving a lens under the Christmas Tree....

It is very pretty, and at least it will be a surprise to the rest of the family

I might even make a cameo in the December Challenge after the un-boxing

I'm out for the duration. Everyone's done wonderfully this month, I just ran out of steam with the holidays and getting sick and whatnot. Kind of in a funk too, probably take a break from photography in general for a while. Maybe I just need a new lens....

Cheers all and happy holidays.

Sorry for my lack of commenting this month. I'll get back in line in January, but with all the travel I haven't had time or motivation to provide decent comments. I haven't even looked all the shots you have provided, so sorry for that also

After 2 nights at home I'm on the road again. Tonight at summer house to spend the christmas eve with my parents. Tomorrow northwards to ski at Ruka with my son.
