So much creative stuff.......

Just processing tomatoes here....

And trying our results

Both SMC K 30/2.8 on K1.... I'm loving the canon S screen for manual focusing.

Turns out there is almost no difference in our life (both been retired for 10 years.... living ruralish).... always have lots of food on hand anyhow (we process about 140lbs of tomatoes as an example). I did stock up on pizza flour, wood and beer though.

At a quick glance the food processor looks like a locomotive! also I'm glad to see that you have your priorities right and are stocking up on the right things.

Looks amazing pizza, the real thing. I made similar there just using Italian piadina organic wholemeal flat breads (bought them). tomato puree, polish garlic sausage, mozzarella and a finely chopped green chilli pepper and just grilled it. Quick and delicious if you want a fast healthy snack and bread without yeast.

K 30 f2.8 looks good, I have the K 28 f3.5 which is very similar in IQ but HD DA 20-40 Limited retired it.

End of summer here..... so over the last month we've processed a lot of fruit and veggies that we grow.... some we deep freeze and some in jars etc. Handy now off course.

Went out for a walk a short while ago, it's like a ghost town with very few cars and no one outside. Me? I'm set for the duration.

Well, as I mentioned earlier, we are packing for a move and there are boxes all over, the head of the household, Fester, has been inspecting the boxes while he supervises. With all of this "time" we are making great progress, with 3-4 weeks left. Just have to watch that we don't pack up some things too quick. Fester makes sure the cat treats are not packed away.

After 13 consecutive days of rain, finally got a nice day to just sit in the back yard with camera in hand. A lot of critters out, not many people though.

Very simple but I like it, did you turn the light on just for the photo? It does add to it.

My wife just started painting as a hobby. She is experimenting with pouring layers of colors onto canvas in various ways. She doesn't want the paintings photographed because everything's experimental, but I was allowed to take these. The first is a plastic Walmart colander that she poured the paint into. The second is scrap wood on a rotating base. She spins that, then holds the colander over it.
