Excellent, and a timely reminder too. Let's keep looking out for the " good stuff " folks.

EDIT - Don't be shy folks, keep these wonderful glimpses of your " isolation " coming.

My silly shot of a cable coming out of the back of the computer that I took for this thread was explored. That's very puzzling, almost disturbing.

Here's another, see if you can guess what it is part of:

The thing is I have a MASSIVE backlog of personal photographic work to go through - so Keeping myself occupied is not overly difficult.

Pentax 645Z- SMCP-DA*55mm f/2.8 @ f/8 ISO 100 1/250th - Hand blended HDR - WIP.

And creating a new image is easy: and easy enough to over complicate due to my background in studio photography....what If I add one more light?

While cleaning out a small shed, I found one of my very old Tonka trucks:

Pentax KP - Pentax SMCP-FA77mm f/1.8 Limited f/11 ISO100 1/160th two Godox AD400 used @ 1/16 power 1:2 ratio with 30° grids.

Pentax KP- Sigma 180mm f/3.5 APO EX - 1/320th f/5.6 ISO 12800

Pentax KP - SMCP-FA77mm f/1.8 Limited @ f/8 1/160th ISO 100 - Godox AD400 @ 1/16 power. - Ceiling bounced flash.

Pentax KP - SMCP-FA77mm f/1.8 Limited @ f/8 1/160th ISO 100 - Godox AD400 With Elinchrom 30cm Beauty dish @1/32 power.

Listening to music is always a good thing to do:

Pentax K5IIs - SMCP-K 50mm f/1.2 @ f/1.2 1/250th ISO 1600

We haven't been locked in, but at 72+ and with a propensity to pneumonia and chest infections we are being cautious.
I might have to get serious about scanning some transparencies for posterity (the progeny may appreciate some of them).
I have 4 boxes like this one plus a few slide projector magazines full.

I saw someone shooting with an iPad on the street once, that is really goofy looking, I’ll forgive you in your own yard

Roasting some coffee again..... whilst playing with SMC K85/1.8.... after much contemplating I decided Hitachi had to be the in focus eye for this shot (f2 or whatever one click closed is). New rule for me... if it doesn't have an eye.... but has some writing somewhere near a key area then get writing in focus.

and .... with recently installed S focus screen and tampa 1.22x viewfinder I'm nailing focus almost 100% of the time at f2 and below on the 50 and 85... a game changer for me (using focus peaking and rear screen took away the intimacy and enjoyment for me.... it's back now without having to go mirrorless)

Are you shooting handheld or with a tripod? What shutter speed for the wedge shot? You certainly nailed that one.

Handheld.... click the photo and flickr has the shot details.... 1/1,000, iso 100 probally f2... maybe 1.8... getting focus is easy now in most light conditions... much much easier then when I had a S screen in my K5II with these lenses a few years back. I have a dedicated K1 with all the focus stuff turned off... so no confirmation, overlay etc. Nice clear vewfinder.
