Post-Processing PP Challenge #326

Thanks Tas for hosting the last round.

One of my most recent times hosting I also chose a shot from this trip to Silver Falls, OR... Just can't help going back to these shots because I love that place and it's nice to have reason to look back at old photos... Unfortunately this trip in 2017 was dry, hot and smokey all over Oregon the whole trip, so it was a bit disappointing overall with the images, but still had fun.

Anyhow, this is a comp that I've never touched since I ended up with a bit better set after this that I focused on... Figured this has some challenges too for me to judge with, so it's all good. Use any or all of the exposures however you want, as many entries as you want.. Challenge closes to additional entries next Sunday, April 12th whenever I get around to it...

Here's the download folder. The jpegs are just extracted from raw.

Definitely went overly Insta/HDR in this but fancied getting some warmth up top and some coolness in the water.

Gone a bit different with my version and threw most of it away, going for a mystical, glowy whirlpool kind of thing.

I was planning on a foggy valley image with a clearer pool but changed my mind whilst leaving the fog work in this version. The image was created using all three stacked in in On1 2020HDR tool and other stuff added afterwards.

Thought I'd add a different version again drawn from the 3 image HDR however I redid the combination this time around and start out with B&W but ended up with a different colour approach.
