I suspect that's a planter rather than a water container, but no matter, I spy a decorative urn.

I spy a bleak landscape with some felled trees. Looks like a construction site, but it's the path of a rare tornado through a park here in Massachusetts. The vast majority of felled trees in the flatter, more accessible areas have been cut up and removed because of eventual fire hazard, and as a reclamation effort. Background trees at the left indicate how densely forested this patch was before the storm.
