I is indeed Electrical power lines, for Electric trains, but also used by other forms of rail, including the famous Shosholoza Meyl and as here, coal carriages and occasionally a goods train. The track is just across the road from me, but awkward to get decent pics. So, I spy another train and in which I edited out the electrical Power lines.
