From around our house... this is the time when my beloved sage plant flowers. It's over 12 years old now, I wonder how long they last? I have a 2nd one that is about 5 years old as well.

With NYC essentially closed, I really don't know who gets to see these wonderful gardens now. A wonderful spot on the upper east side of Central Park

Winter came back for an encore yesterday. Somebody forgot to tell the flowers. Or maybe someone forgot to tell winter it was spring. Either way...

It's May, flowers and nature, i've not really done in flower shots yet this month, but nature if colorful in some other wqys too, here's an Eastern Pondhawk Dragonfly on what I would call pond scum:
