Game Daily in January 2021 - discussion thread

Been experiencing a few computer issues, so processing has been slowed (I have shots for every day just need to get imported and post-processed) other than that been trying to get to everyone's shots via flickr app on iPad . I will manage to come back (I also moved and disconnected everything and redid my office space which killed some time .-- lockdown breeds organization urges)

Pretty well missed the themes this weekend. One shot vaguely falls into it, the other not so much.
I really ought to get some commenting done today, so hopefully I'll find a tad of time to do that.

I need to load the themes as reminders on my phone so I don't forget at the start of the day, sometimes the them provides some much-needed inspiration .
I have some work to do today, but I can catch up on comments at least. Hopefully I'll have time to get in some photography as well.

Good Idea, I have missed all the themes so far, With lockdown my options for shooting areas are limited so a little Inspiration may help

I prefer the Photostackr app on iPad

... but I don’t know if it’s still available, now I think about it as I type :-/

Thanks it looks like it may have been replaced in 2017. I can upload directly from Lightroom to Flickr (and 500px etc) and am trying to do more of my post on the computer and less quick iPad edits as I have more control (if I upgrade to a Surface or a Pro that may change)

Edit - on that not for a myriad of reasons I missed yesterday , today I just shot a safety shot for the day in my office at work I will post soon

Photostackr is just for viewing and uploading to Flickr; gives more control and options than the actual Flickr app - to the point that I’ll be annoyed when it eventually stops working.

Internet in work (naughty I know) has slowed to a crawl.
Also noticed that somehow I've not uploaded photos to the DIC Group on here, so will get onto that a little later today.
Commenting - as always, can only apologise for poor input, but will try to catch up on at least the last couple of days later today.

As if by magic, it's working again. The Pentaxforum gods must've heard my wails of despair and come to my aid.

lockdown is starting to have that effect on me as well
