Thanks Peter 8) It’s a fun and simple lens to use - but deceptive in its ease and simplicity; there’s a depth to what it can do, which I’m just starting to see

I’ve not been sure about my performance at times, but the lens has done a great job, and I’ve certainly enjoyed it the whole time. It’s nice to hear that I’ve done ok too. 8)

So that was my first full month with the HD DA 21mm Limited. My shooting was ok, I think. The lens was constantly pleasing. Great to use; easy to use. Wonderful character to the photos - even if I was not imaginative in what I created.

Onwards to ...

DA21 on March 21st 2021. Floods, gales and big seas are lashing much of the NSW coast. Today we got a glimpse from a relatively benign location further south.

and a couple of cheery Hibiscus closeups

Wowsers, I nearly forgot Ashlee and Grant. I wonder if they're still together ...

21 in 21, 21st April

Just four images for today. This time I attached a Raynox 150 macro lens to my DA21 to see if this was a feasible macro/closeup combination for travel. I'm planning a short trip away, taking only my KP, DA21, DA20-40, DA55-300PLM, and 1.4x DA rear converter. After today's games the Raynox goes too.

Clicking on any image takes you to Flickr for photo info.

Four photos to show its versatility. It does landscape, closeup, abstract and birding!
