Look who landed on my doorstep this afternoon!

And he immediately wanted to start planning his adventures and travels for the upcoming week...

Very cool!

I love the side shots of him taking photos!

Also, is that a fish eye lens you used on one of the pics?

Thanks. Yes today’s shots in the sunroom and in the dandelions were taken with the DA10-17 fisheye lens. It’s a fun lens.

All your photos are the sharpest photos of the Gnome so far, in my opinion!

Gnome went to lunch with us today. Checked out lobster rolls. His table manners are poor so my hubby doesn't allow him to accompany us to indoor restaurants!

Kewl beans. He had a ball in Connecticut !

Just curious, what general location is jquill at?
I believe Ocean City, Maryland, ?

By the way, those little Pentax cameras are quite collectible. A ton of them are for sale on eBay - different models. I bet some of you didn't know also, that the lens comes off, just like the lens comes off a real Pentax camera! [just twist] Kewl!

I don’t have jquill’s address yet but I believe you’re right re his location. Nope, I didn’t know there were lens removal options on the gnome’s camera! Too funny.
