I'd love to be included in this momentous venture. Any chance of the lens finding its way my way before it leaves Oz? (thanks for the heads up Rob)

Maybe. I don't think there would be much difference.

Pictures here of 'shrimps on the barbie' are probably taken by Canikon, too.

Thanks for the chance to be involved, ladies and gents!

I took a few shots with our traveller, and by prior arrangement it's now actually going on to WizofOz before RobA_Oz:

1. Christmas charity drive at a local shopping centre:

2. Young grapes emerging at Gapsted Winery in the north of the state:

3. Skylight of Sydney's Art Deco Grace Hotel:

4. If you open a business in Hosier Lane, forget trying to keep the walls free of graffiti. There were three Banksies in Melbourne, but all are now lost.

5. Unpowered bathing boxes, originally designed to let families change clothes in private, are a feature of many of the bayside Melbourne towns, like these at Black Rock. They command ridiculous prices.

6. Flinders Street Station in Melbourne is a lovely Baroque design. Meeting 'under the clocks' is an old tradition.

The only thing I'm worried about is the lack of names on the list. Perhaps after all these years the project is coming to an end.

I'm not sure people outside those browsing this thread are even aware of its existence.

Hmmm, could we get Adam to put a 'wanted' ad on the home page perhaps?

If it ends with me does that mean I keep the lens? Nah, just joking
