No, sorry. I wasn't clear enough there. What I meant was, I have that lens and don't use it. However I would like to have a play with the 50 that's circling the globe as it has extra significance attached to it. I'm happy to wait longer for it, or not. It's up to you guys.

Thanks. I had found the Flickr page but I noted that the most recent contributions there appear to be 2 years old (unless I am missing something).
That got me to wondering if there was a more recent site...

I made a 2nd flickr https://www.flickr.com/photos/73857303@N03/ because we lost contact with the password. The password is the name of this forum and I have posted this info every month or so in this thread.

For a brief time I blogged the photos but I got too busy and after awhile people stopped sending any info with the pics.

okay so, i'll be moving out to Bulgaria in July, for an unspecified amount of time, therefore I will not be in the USA..but I'd still love to get the lens and try it out

Wouldn't a Flickr group be a better idea? Just upload the photos to your own account and add them to the group.

I guess no good for those not on Flickr.
