Beautiful!
Lots of little tiny/ subtle things. Trying to actually do some improvements & use some PS on her, while still trying to not cross into that "unrealistic" territory. Hoping there is a good balance in there.
"They" say that you're supposed to have eye contact in a photo... but I say to heck with "they." I get the vibe this is taken on a random corner of an old European city - Prague - Vienna - Geneva, perhaps - someone with their camera has spotted her on the street waiting for James Bond, or Jason Bourne to come along... they best get there soon... she has important info for them !

A colour and a black and white version. My aim was to strike a balance of doing some editing but still keeping it natural, to that end I didn't want to go too far with retouching but used the heal brush on a few areas and had a play with the skin correction tool in Capture One (something I don't normally use). 5x4 crop just because.

A good portrait. Sensual.
It is a pity that there is a miss in the depth of field.
Somewhere I heard that looking to the right is a look into the future and, accordingly, to the left - into the past.)
The cropped hand is not very good, but I did not crop into a square, leaving it to the author.

Couldn't decide if I'd play rough or soft, so I tried a balanced version. Not so strong contrast , just a crop and a bit of color tweaking.

Well that's certainly a good healthy start to this challenge.

It looks like you've jinxed it.

I have been away/busy for a few weeks, but here is my try for this challenge.
I didn't think there was anything wrong with the composition at all, so left well alone, and concentrated on a little gentle smoothing and colour changes.

Ok folks that's this challenge finished... a good number of submissions this week, so thanks to all.

I've always thought that with portraits, even fashioned based ones as this... should be a tad "gentle" on the subjects skin and for me the eyes should be alive.

A few comments from me on the submissions that I particularly liked, in no particular order...

astonm Has a nice skin rendition.

Fdooch Flipped image with a nice "gentle" feel to the image.

xs400 I prefer the colour version of your two, due to its slightly desaturated look.

Michail_P Good eyes... more like the look I would do.

jmacias Wow... colour coordinated hair, lippy and jumper, very vibrant indeed.

stevejo Really liked the aged feel to this image, it works well here.

So my the tipping of my hat this week goes to Michail_P... the eyes have it. Congratulations.
