Gotta say - Everyone is smashing the mono. I'm so impressed.

Tsuken - I just stumbled across your SIC folder for this month... I'm glad to see - I was getting shopping trolley image withdrawal symptoms.

EDIT: Haha! I see we were posting at the same time.

LOL - only just created the folder and uploaded.

And I agree there are some stellar uses of the stylistic options and constraints of B&W

(I’ve not even bothered posting the last few days of October; it feels past the point by now)

When we will see the new DFA21ltd for the first time in challenge? Is someone going with it already in December?
Well, I have my order in for a silver version, due to land in oz sometime this month, hopefully in my ( and Sandy's) hands before December, if so, I'm in for December

That would be nice. The lens is looking really promising. Too wide for general use in my hands, but in time I'm pretty sure I get it for those special moments when UWA is needed. I kind of have promised myself to get all DFA* and DFA ltd lenses. At least until they start producing a multitude of super tele lenses that cost 4K

Yes, MoNovember submissions have been very creative and well made.

If I miss more than two days in a row, I won’t update further back.

I saw a forlorn trolley during my walk between the auto shop and my office and immediately thought of the trolley theme. Alas, I did not have my camera with me.

Actually, I was only ever mildly interested in the 560mm, I am really hanging out to see them make a proper 600mm f4 , until then I just use the 150-450 on the K3 with the 1.4 converter If I start saving now I might be able to afford it by the time they release one

Quick question:

Keith has just brought to my attention that, for him my attached image for the 14th isn't showing in the image thread. It shows fine on all my devices though, even when I'm not logged in, and indeed links with a click over to Flickr in the usual way. This happened in September once as well - Peter sent me a pretty much identical PM, we both kind of shrugged and moved on.

So, can anyone else see my image in the image thread for the 14th and click/link it? It is the opening post in the thread, a headland and surf with a watery foreground.

Is this some kind of glitch in the system or am I maybe doing something not quite right to cause this.... Hmmmmm.

Did you upgrade the image on flickr after posting to PF? If you don't upgrade the link to PF after altering flickr shot, your own devices dig out right shot from some browser history, but others are left shotless. I checked the source codes from your post and from Flickr page and jpg addresses don't match.

In your 14th day post there's jpg address: https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/51678789675_0bf7940340_k.jpg
On you Flickr page the jpg addres: https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/51678789675_1352189ea4_b.jpg

If you edit your message in 14th day thread and replace BBCode link with new, it should work.
