Shots like this are always fun. The roads which I commute on offer few places to pull over to make a picture, so I have taken more than a few on the move. I will post one this evening when I get home.

I think this month’s photo opportunity will range from feast on weekends to famine on workdays.

My lens choice is beating me every day. I decidedly do not like it plus I have really busy month so not much time to photograph and this lens is making my short photo time really bad experience. Though I think it will work perfectly for my spotting of bigger airliners when they zoom past the spotting platform. Anyway while I do intend to shot till the end with 70mm only I really do hope this month will end soon and I can return to something wider.

It's been good. We've got some good weather here that has offered nice possibilities. Lens itself is fabulous. Very sharp and lots of character in rendering, so even if I had a modern 200 there would still be plenty of reasons to hang onto this.

2nd time I single this lens. It's good to have it in a spin again, as I seem to found new things about it.

I love the DA 40mm LTD, and on the KP, it's a joy to carry around, and suitable for most occasions. I am really enjoying the KP, as well.
Yesterday I was hiking around a park with the K-1, and while it was not a burden, I realize I'd been spoiled by using the KP so much.

Tamron SP AF Di 90 Macro is a great lens. I like it a lot... I like when the lens is sharp from wide-open and this one certainly is. The only downside would be some CA when close to wide-open and against the sun. Focal length allows for a nice reach without being too narrow to my taste... So if the pictures are poor it is due to my performance, not the lens.

Congrats on the explore, Dave! And how's your lens treating you?

Well now, the month is being quite difficult really (but then it is supposed to be a Challenge) as its dark when I leave for work and dark when I get home.
Lens choice - swings and roundabouts - quite long on APSC but versatile too - it's a very good and very useful lens that I will finish the month with.
I really am missing using the K-1; even though the K-3iii is a great camera the K-1's features are still way out there
Now just to catch up on the commenting!

The 31 is still a favorite of mine! My biggest challenge was going back to AF after a few months of manual focus.

Lens is all good - if very different.

Photography … mmmmm ok to meh.

Life … new furniture is fab (though manoeuvring this biggest bookshelf was MAMMOTH); lacking physical oomph/mojo; and …. covidcovidcovidcovidcovidOMG (new explosion the weekend just gone…)

Apologies for my lack of participation this month. I guess the cold, gloomy weather affected me more than I though it would. Anyway I will try and rally.

The 77 is the easiest lens to get along with ever. It takes photos that correspond to how I see things. Can't ask for better than that in a lens, but then it's also lovely and small with a built in hood.
I don't even mind the purple.
