Yes, the green eyed monster is a frog. Not much of a monster though when you see the frog on my thumb.

Still waiting on a guess of the other animal (with only one of its eyes showing)...

I suggest the torch passes to the person who guesses the object most correctly.
Algae is a great guess, as the frog obviously is the color of algae for its own camouflage...

Still need a correct guess for this little critter.

That's an excellent idea...

As for now, I'd love to see any members, at all, post some mystery photos - big smiles....

I'll go with a Damsel for the 2nd image! Or a Crustacean, not sure which one it would be, a Crab maybe

Very good guesses. Not a Damsel. It is very closely related to crustaceans, but not quite.

Here is more of the un guessed image.

Wow, I'm certainly baffled! I'm trying to figure out if it's a macro or from an airplane - lol...

That blue thing is either some nightmare from a seaside tide pool or a rusty old circular stormwater grill that's been coated with thick blue paint.

Just a cropped image. Photoptimist has got it right- no doubt he has had some experience of these ugly things. Not from a swimming pool or stormwater grill, but a drain sink inside a hothouse.

Wow! Good one!

Here's another one from me.
Clue: It's a result of an object after being microwaved a few seconds:
