Figured out what I wasn't doing in order to post the pictures..... I was forgetting to use "copy image location".

Some photos a took sometime ago to remind me of a vacation:

Fast forward in time....
Venice again, but this time - Venice, CA USA

Bench under 2 Giants-

2 Beggars -
This one was taken from the hip. I was walking and noticed the 2 dogs begging for scraps and how the light reflection from a store window highlighted them. I didn't even put my k200d to my eye - I just aimed and hoped for a shot. After crossing the street (you can see the stop light in the corner) I cheated and "chimped" and was happy to see the shot. This shot could probably use some cropping and postprocessing but I'm just too lazy

Caffeine Queue-
Taken while drinking my cup of "Black Cat" cappucinno. Cup to the right is not mine but the person next to me.

BTW, I'm gonna hold off on the DA15 or DA21. I'm going to try the 18-55 kit lens whenever I want something compact or use the Sigma 24 more.

Not a bad idea. Infact, for the past few days, I have been using my sons K100DS with the 18-55 kit lens. I figured out the Hyperfocal distance at 18, 20, and 25mm and made my own marks and seems to be working great.

Thanks. I was actually trying to shoot the guy. I was trying to get one for the girls when she just started posing. I got two more of her, but like this one the most. By the way, I took these beach shots a few months ago. I am just now getting to them.
