She doesn't like you taking pics of bicycles, manikins, people with cameras and such?

You could always take up photographing horses.

My wife is very cool. In this particular photo, I remember it well. She says (my wife), you gotta get that one as she was laughing.

Actually, yes. The up close and personal stuff with ''lots'' of DOF just seems to add allot to a street photo. It puts you into the soul of the picture.

Gonna be using my kit lens more down at the 18mm end. I don't have many lenses but I like making the rounds with what I have and am getting comfortable with each one and it's strengths.
