It's quite an interresting shot. Makes me think: is that dark guy real, or is he a ghost walking beside the living peple? The dark man in the window behind add some more dimension. Maybe I have a too vivid phantasy?
Is it really underexposed? The two persons that dominates the picture is correctly exposed. I would cut a little bit of the picture to the left, I think it would make the composition better balanced.

Thanks Douglas. I guess it really is more a high contrast capture as opposed to under exposed. The whites look spot on. I will try your crop idea on the original and repost it.
