Not really, but to be honest, I have been asked out a few times to which I have kindly declined.

Occupy Pittsburgh!

Here are a few shots from the occupy Pittsburgh event yesterday. I arrived late. The crowd was small but jolly. The only people I talked to were fairly crank-ish, but I suspect they weren't representative.

Many thanks for kind words, Unartist! I should mention that none of the people pictured have anything to do with the 'crank-ish' types I mentioned. By them I mean mainly the guy, more an observer than a participant, who, if I understood his harangue aright, saw the world's present ills as due to its failure to cleave with sufficient fervor to an ultra-pure free market and advocated a return to the gold standard.

Javier the shadows in that last picture look like they have been poured onto the ground. Must be a Jedi mind trick?

These aren't the shadows you are looking for...move along. Neat trick - if it is one....?

Manchester again

Never finished posting my Mancherster shots before I went abroad again. Not sure where I stopped, but I think it was somewhere around these street-sofa's.
