Some from the New Year's parade, using the Traveling Nifty Fifty. (A little closer FL than I am used to, and manual focus to boot - lucky shots.)

The cowboys one is really nice, you can feel their comfort and at the same discomfort of sitting close to each other.

Btw, I got no real experience of street photography but I got a taste of how people react in reality to it. Me and my brother stood in the street trying out Cokin P filters (he bought some) and an elderly couple walked right at us when my brother took a photo. I was expecting a negative reaction (prejudice?) but instead the man asked "Did you get me waiving?" and laughed. Sadly they the photo was unusable but it was fun to see how positive they were and really boosted my confidence (together with you guys) in trying out real street photography in the near future. I'll try to get rid of the discomfort I have about it.

Thanks Larry, Thanks Eddie. I was wondering the same thing on the film/poloroid. I tried asking the tog about that, but he really mad and started barking, so I just said to him...OK...And walked away.

Yea, I was blown away...For all the 1000's of street shots I have taken for the years, it rare that I get barked at and off all people,
that fellow decided to start barking, LOL....But with that rig that should be in warehouse 13 , I would be mad too.
