The light was abysmal. You made some fine photos though. Some real beauties.

I found the beasts were just as photogenic:

Thanks Matt. Fabulous beasts in your shot! It's a great event. Here is a shot taken on the way home. What light there was was kinder.

ahaha it's possible. were you at the parade yesterday? this miserable git was protesting the pagan idea of it

I saw a lot of entry level nikons yesterday (3200/5200)

I'll likely be using My XE2 but maybe you'll catch me out with the K7 (or Broinica or......)

Was present at the parade by accident & without camera; crossed it to get to concert at Koerner Hall.

I was down at queen st easier to park at the city hall lot everyone forgets its there on the weekend

I don't generally like this technique, an object in color on a black and white image, but I like it here.
