Mike - that's a strong shot with the shoes and crosswalk...

Javier, AFAIK she's a goddess...

Here's one I call A Cup, A Tat, and a Chihuahua. Taken with a *sshh* Nikon FE and E50/1.8. I even bought a Micro Nikkor today. I may go to the dark side on these film cameras...

Nonsense. Old Nikon film cameras are wonderful. I was thinking of getting one myself.

That, or a TLR.

Nesster, I too have been pondering an F2, though I am no rush and not really anytime soon. I have pretty much spent my equipment budget for the year.

I have to consider the Nikon F2 etc to be junk. I already have Mamiya 35mm, Canon AF film, 110, and 2 medium format bodies that I'm trying to keep going in addition to god knows how many Pentax 35s. If I start looking at vintage Nikon and Oly, I'm screwed.

I already got the Oly covered... but this Nikon FE really has me charmed. Small, smart, smooth as butter, able to use ALL Nikon lenses (except a couple that need MLU).... Now I see what being a market leader back in the golden era really meant. Well, the Spotmatic lets us see that as well. Then again the FE probably cost $100 more than the nearest equivalent Pentax at the time.

TLR! now those are nifty, of course I have two and 5 folding mf folders

Here's a stranger street style with the Yashica Mat, Fuji 160S

My wife and daughter had the same question, thinking it to be one woman with two different shoes. I had to point out to them that nobody could possibly stand or walk with [b]both[/i] legs in that position.

Two women....between them they have another pair of shoes just like those.

Thank you very much. You wouldn't believe how close it came to being deleted in-camera. It was a quick shot out the passenger-side window of my truck and I thought the white canvas (surrounding a construction site) had ruined any chance of getting a good photo, as the woman would necessarily be horribly underexposed. But I found that converting to b/w and doing a reverse S-curve level adjustment and adding a mild vignette rescued it. I suppose I'll have to print this one out and see what sort of reaction it gets at my photo club meeting next month.

Strangers with a TLR? It hadn't even crossed my mind to post those here!
