OK, i managed to get on the set of a filming of CSI NY in the historic district of L.A. So far I have images of CSI Miami (filmed in Redondo beach. L.A.), NCIS (filmed in Pasadena, L.A.), CSI L.A. (filmed in L.A.), Numbers (filmed in China Town, L.A.), The mentalist (filmed in Pasadena, L.A.), Tons of LAW and Order...So many more...Movie Majic is amazing...Anyway, these folks where wearing yellow passes, so I was golden for a few snaps, but got found out pretty quick and got the boot...I think what gave me away was the lack of the right equipment as I had my very simple K20D with with my Sigma 24F/2.8 lens while all other official photogs where carrying some serious equipment...Anyway, my wife and I are always looking at the places of all these shows and more and are amazed to see shows like Fringe that take place iin Boston being filmed two blocks from where we live...
Anyway here is an alley scene.

100% crop , no pp

A dummy they where dressing up to launch off a building.

Part of the madness it takes to film 0ne small scene.

I'm new to Street Photography, but I though I'd through my hat in the ring. These are from a recent Fall Festival. Comments are welcomed.

Girls from a local night club throwing out beads from a fire truck.

I look at this photo and I want to know more. Her face just made me curious as to the emotion it's showing.

Which one looks more confused?

Beware of wild animals on the lose!

A crowd watching an Elvis impersonator on stage.

Edgar Allen Poe T-Shirt, stainless steel cross, and the cane had a vampire head on it. It's screamed "Take a picture" to me.
7.

The local Police in their mini urban assault vehicle... a golf cart.

Allen, What a nice collection you have there...Way to get your feet wet, or should I say...Way to dive into the deep part of the pool. My favs are the first and last. What great captures.

Thanks. I've enjoyed your work for a while now, so your compliments mean a lot to me. I have some other stuff I'm sorting through that I'll try to post later.

Hi, my name is Willem, new here and surfing around on PF. Nice topic you got here.
This photo is taken in a small city, the woman was tapping hot water, from a well which contains sulfur. I took the picture like a kind of a snapshot, very quick.

Thnx, Rense and Mark, here's another one taken on a fleamarket at Nizza Monferrato.
It was not a good day for business for this man, I guess.
