Javier...your street images are always so amazing. obviously, you have so many to share that i can't just pick out the ones i like most but i want you to know i thoroughly enjoy your photos and am glad you share so freely. (btw...i swear there must be at least 10 of you running the streets of california, where do you find the time to take so many pictures!?!)

anyways, i don't do much photographing of strangers, but this i thought was pretty neat:

notice how far away the person is....and they are walking away from me. bold of me, i know! [/sarcasm]
I agree with Carl. Black and White and wow. But even with out it, this is one of the best images of this entire thread.

Wow Rense. Nice series. What strikes me the most is how peacful the folks look there. I cover tons of marches here in L.A. and they get crazy here...

This is my favourite thread where I always find inspiring photos. You guys make it look so easy.
Went to the Chinese New Year celebration last weekend but found it to crowded to get good photos of people. I then had this idea to capture the visitors from the vendors point of view.
Thanks for sharing such a fine set Eddie...And for the great idea!

You've captured a nice mood in #3 Rense. What length is your MIR?

I agree completely. That is an image that inspires me to go out and capture something similar, but it is much more than that.

Well, I did manage to get out for about an hour or so. I went to pick up some fresh strawberries at the farmers market down the street from my house. I decided to take the K-7 to test the new firmware Upgrade and the Sigma 10-20...Nothing great, but different for me.

It is a dark gloomy day...Really cold out at 60deg. Looks like more rain on the way.

But this is my favorite stand.

Way to stick that cam in there Amazing. I am so nonchalant, no one seems to notice me.

My favorite of your market shots. Haven't seen strawberries here for a while. 60 degrees...Farenheit I presume, that's warm! We had -23C this morning (should be some -10F), but a striking blue sky.
