Like certain insects or turtles, shopping carts have difficulty rolling over. In some cases, it can be fatal.

That is rather common, yes. There’s a guy I pass pretty much every morning en route to work. Clearly not mentally well, clearly homeless, everything in a trolley.

Society doesn’t serve all the people it should.

Quite agree, and there are lots of them around here. Found this one at Zoo Lake, also the belongings of one of the about 200 homeless people that make Zoo Lake their home

The two smaller ones tried to escape, but couldn't make it over the curb.

This one took a valiant run at it, got airborne, and crash landed.
