Ok. Here it is:

It's a SCAD file, which means that there are parameters that can be adjusted - things like focal length, diameter of front element, etc. You can run it in the Customizer, but I prefer to use a local program called OpenSCAD (
https://openscad.org/). It runs faster that way. Just a word of warning: in both Customizer and OpenSCAD, rendering the final printable file takes a looooong time - I think mine took about 15 minutes on my local MacBook M1. If you try it and get stuck, message me and I'll try to help.
