Welcome to this week's Post Processing Challenge #434, many thanks to rpjallan for hosting the last challenge.

Unfortunately xs400 is unable to host due to travel arrangements, so it falls to me as runner up... you'll all be getting sick of my challenges.

This week something much more straight forward, in the hope that it will attract more folk to have a go. This is the Loch (Ness) on which I live beside, taken on a not so special or favourable day weather wise... but hey it's Scotland.

I hope you enjoy the challenge.

Second attempt. I will add one of my own photos which, I think, makes this composition balanced.

Not so easy... there's no real subject aside from the far hills, the foreground ist empty, the light is not very exciting... so I decided to add some drama ��

Changed sky with PS, several layers for D&B, local contrast, color grading.

Many thanks to all those who viewed, submitted entries and got involved.

The Loch (Ness) for me is always wonderful, no matter under what conditions... but then I maybe just a tad bias, as I'm privileged enough to live on its shores.

It was interesting to see that there was only one submission of the more humorous nature... I knew that there would be some forthcoming.

The other submissions provided a choice of colourways, from almost monotone to the more subtle colour graded images.

For me I think this weeks Winner is Fdooch, with subtle colours and panoramic crop, with the Honourable Mentions going to both clack and mariwalt (addition of yacht version).

I nearly always play along with the challenge at the same time, so I've included my own finished PP image... which turns out to be quite close to one of the noelcmn offerings.

So once again thanks to all and now over to Fdooch for the next PP Challenge 435.
