Hint: The tower logo at the top is the Ernemann-Tower: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ernemann#/media/Datei:Pentacon-Gebaeude.jpg - it has something to do with the origin of the Pentax brand name :-)

From what I can see it is a Carl Zeiss Jena - Tessar 50/2.8 lens, on a Zeiss Pentax made before Asahi bought the Pentax brand.
