"Hic Sunt Dracones"

From The Latin "Here be dragons"... I'm partial to a Dragon and I'm sure that I can't be the only forum member.

So I propose an exclusive dedicated thread to just showcase Dragons... throughout the world in all their glory.

Forgive this wee indulgence... if no other posts are forthcoming I'll know it's just me then.

I take it you are excluding those other winged dragons , otherwise known as dragonflies. Not partial to dragons myself, but they occasionally cross my path

Great idea! But I have to ask, are the umbrellas to keep rain from extinguishing the dragonís fiery breath?

No pics, I'm afraid, but some years ago Norwich had a Dragon Festival. One lady enquired, in all seriousness : 'Are Dragons dinosaurs that didn't become extinct ?'. Raucous laughter ensued.

This one looks to be an oriental origin perhaps.

Actually they form the lampshades for this "street" lamp.
