Love a good early model Corvette!

This is a merge of 2 images. The Grampians lie in Mid Western Victoria, Australia, as a stand alone mountain range. This image was taken at the southern end near the small town of Dunkeld

Link to DNG - NO! What a debacle. Please go to post #11 for the alternative.

Looking forward to the interpretations.

I just tried it, and it worked okay.

You do know it is a DNG? Haven't loaded a jpeg

No Luck, the computer is telling me that the image is locked, because it comes from another computer??, which as far as I know, is basically what happens with all these PP challenge images. I'll just download the jpeg and work with that.

Sorry about that. How about going straight to mediafire.com and look up PP#500 in the list?

I am unable to open the DNG image with Photoshop 2021
I get a error message saying the file is unsupported or corrupted.

Link in post #3 worked for me.. ~~Added it to dropbox too in case more troubles...~~ Actually while I was able to download it, wasn't able to open it (rawtherapee)

Same as before for me. It saves as grampians.tiff* and I can load that in a couple editors but it only shows a thumbnail.. If I change the extension to dng and try to open I get an error that it's not a valid raw file.

*This is not uncommon for these file shares but usually I can manually rename the extension back to .dng and it'll be fine...

#2 - ended up pretty similar as last attempt.. just couldn't deny the temptation for pushing the compression slider
