I've still got to teach my brother about panning.

That's me getting some air.

My brother getting some air.

My leg after falling of on the same ride, even though I was wearing full armour.

Ouch!

Although, to be fair, my sister managed to get an even bigger bruise while riding on perfectly flat tarmac.

It was quite a adrenaline rush.

I didn't do a jump that wasn't really there and landed and slid on some nice Welsh rock. I'd also like to point out it takes quite a lot for me to bruise.

Eh?

My husband and I were discussing double negatives recently, after he totally misunderstood something a friend said, that I found quite comprehensible. He doesn't approve, I find them interesting brain puzzles. But I must say, you've got me completely stumped!

I'm assuming you experienced something like climbing stairs in the dark and assuming there's another step when there isn't, but I can't quite figure it out.

Heck of a fall, anyway, however it happened!

Ouch! Maybe we should start a thread for wounds suffered while having fun.

This is from a few years ago, taken a couple of months after the fall.

Dry road is very abrasive when you slide

That's a nifty idea, Richard.

I got very bruised once; while riding a bike. Didn't carry enough speed when riding up a steep incline (~45 degrees), and the bike lost traction.

Don't think I'm allowed to post any photos of where it hurt..

I jump a roller and forgot that the landing is very uneven and rocky so when I landed it it got very interesting very quickly. Hence I didn't jump it (successfully) and as it turned out it's not really fit for jumping. So I didn't do a jump that wasn't really there. Hope this helps.

Something of that sort. I can't say the family jewels did too well either.

Nah, that's alright. It only hurt for like two days.

Here's some talentless pictures to keep the theme going:

Yea, she looks upset. Don't know why. Maybe it was the 4 or 5 cameras that where pointed at her? Who knows.
