My first post here, so, Hello

Recently aquired a K-x after many years of P&S and have caught the bug. Me and Friend went out last night for a ride to one of our teenage haunts - the local skate park, light was failing so some creative PP was used....

Hi James,

welcome!

I particularly like the 'surreal' one. Of the first set, I like the silhouette the most. The two product shots against the breeze-block wall are OK, but they don't make an impact. I've been trying to get good shots of my bikes without success, so I don't have any hints and tips. Have a look for a couple of shots in this topic by Marc Langille a year or so ago. They might give you some ideas.

Welcome to the forum, James. I like your surreal photo as well as the sepia one of your friend, and the silhouette. Nicely done!

A youngster left his bike at the trailhead to a fishing hole the other day... I liked the juxtaposition of the bike and signs.
