Thanks Mark!

Today we rode in Crested Butte and it was really nice. Only a few trails open so far due to lingering snow but it always feels great to ride up there again as it opens up.

And suddenly I wish he'd also* own a pennyfarthing.

Taken on a borrowed ME-Super loaded with Ilford FP4 Plus with my magic lantern petzval attached.

I didn't expect it to look this old. Added some sepia in post.

(he has enough bicycles if you ask me!)

Wonderful quote from Chris Froome about finishing a day climbing mountains

QuoteQuote:
"The bad days are the ones you have your shower sitting down. For me that's a measure of just how hard the day has been.

"Sometimes you get in the shower, and you literally feel as if you don't have the energy to stand there. So for me I sit down on the floor

Great ride today. This is the top of a 3000' climb where the fun really begins.

I did a big solo loop from my house yesterday and conditions were perfect! Clear, calm, and cool (actually pretty cold first thing in the morning!).
I set up the timer with the camera on a rock for this selfie.
