Nah, it's ok Stu. I just did a quick and dirty on it. I'm planning on cleaning it up a bit more later but you can have a copy to play around with if you want.

Thanks Mike.

Thanks Gary, I see that this thread got moved.
I actually have a couple of my own bee shots, except they're taken using the other affordable Macro Alternative... My 35mm f2.0, along with a 2x tc... with the glass removed.

Nice composition Stu. I've played around with mine a bit, toned it down a bit.
Just emailed you a copy of the original.

Thanks for the e-mail Gary,
I'm working in the lab today, and hopefullty taking out the camera tonight (it's here right beside me)
However I might have a little fun with it sometime soon.
I'm experimenting in Photoshop more and more, so I might try something in it.

Back to the flora, this time the prickly kind... cactus.

Some more flora. Two different versions of the same subjects comprise these four. I'm finding that with the shallow DOF, it's almost impossible to get the focus sometimes but this can help to produce an artistic look.

Last three for today. I'm also finding that with Flora shots with a reversing ring can surprise you with Fauna that I hadn't seen making a guest appearance.

I found a Asahi Pentax 49mm reverse adapter and screwed it to my Pentax-M 50mm f/2 to try some macro stuff with my K200D, but all I get is the flashing F--. Doesn't seem to matter what exposure mode I have the camera in (even Manual). I thought it would work on aperture priority mode.

It also did not ask me what focal length the lens was when I put it on. Out of curiousity, I put on my 85mm Zeiss Sonnar T* 2.8 (Leitax mount) and it behaved the same way (flashing F--). It would ask me to set the focal length before. Same thing if I turn the 50mm f/2 around and mount it normally.

? ? ?

You will only get the flashing F--. It'll work fine in manual, metering isn't going to be that accurate with that kind of photography, it'll only get you in the ball park
