Great looking shots above from all.Trumpeters are back,200+ allready.
Neckband 24Y("Cob" or male) here is back from Wisconsin with the wife("Pen"or female) and four little ones (cygnets).
One is off frame. Only had three with them last season.

Here are a couple of shots from quite far away - I only had a 300mm and was wishing for a 500mm ! --
The Bald Eagle was "touring" the town at the river estuary in search of food, which it found as you can see in the second shot.
Bald Eagles are extremely rare around here, especially this time of the year, so I presume this was likely on its way South and decided to stop over for a couple of weeks.







Not your best NG-worth photos but good enough to show.

I missed this category but it looks like it is only updated sporadically so... I went through my album a bit to see what I could throw in the pot.

Not happy with me being near the nest
