Funny, how long I had to work on that expression. I took a few shots, thinking I was smiling, but when I looked at the image it looked more like a scowl. Ha, ha!

Since the pandemic has disrupted my normal photography projects, I’ve primarily been photographing my dog and whatever we come across on our dog walks. And shooting self-portraits since the places I’d go to photograph people are closed, unpopulated or potential Covid hot spots, like the Breonna Taylor protest events.

I was boredom playing with my GR III with a Lume Cube Go mini-panel shooting close up pictures of my face and hands and then in Lightroom pushing the Texture, Clarity and Dehaze sliders almost all the way to the right for exaggerated grizzling.

My lady friends don’t get why anyone would take a selfie that makes one less attractive. I can’t explain it.
